细胞分裂素参与植物维管系统发育的信号转导研究进展

摘 要:

细胞分裂素是一类重要的植物激素, 广泛参与植物生长发育调控。在过去数十年, 使用生物化学、遗传学和基因组学方法, 以模式植物拟南芥为研究对象, 细胞分裂素调控植物维管系统发育方面取得了显著进步。研究表明, 细胞分裂素通过调控细胞分裂和分化而在维管系统发育中起重要作用。本文在对细胞分裂素信号转导简要评述的基础上, 着重讨论细胞分裂素调控和影响维管形成层细胞增殖和木质部分化的分子机制, 并对细胞分裂素影响树木次生维管组织发育等重要科学问题进行了展望。

Progress on Cytokinin Signaling in Plant Vascular Development

Abstract:

Cytokinin is an important plant hormone, which regulates numerous plant growth and developmental processes. Over the past decades, remarkable progress has been made to improve our understanding on the cytokinin signaling in plant vascular development through biochemical, genetic, and genomic approaches in Arabidopsis thaliana. It has been shown that cytokinin plays avital role in the development of plant vasculature by regulating cell division and cell differentiation. We reviewed briefly here cytokinin signal transduction mechanism, with an emphasis on cytokinin signaling pathway in regulating and influencing the division of vascular cambial cells and differentiation of (proto-)xylem. Furthermore, the perspective of the role of cytokinin in regulating the secondary vascular development was discussed.
